Attorney James E. Bruce, Jr. is a native of the Hopkinsville area. He received his law degree form Salmon Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 1980. He has been practicing law in Kentucky for over 25 years. He is active in local community organizations.

When his youngest daughter was asked what he does for a living she replied, “He helps people.” That sums up his philosophy of what being a lawyer is all about. He helps people that have been injured or who are going through a divorce. With every client, he pledges to work hard on their behalf and help solve their problems.
